Data collected
We collect the data necessary for orders and customer service: name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number, order content, purchase history, and messages you send us. Payment is processed by Shopify and payment service providers: we do not store your full card numbers.

- Sending you confirmation, tracking information, and after-sales service
- Complying with our legal obligations (invoicing, accounting)
- Improving the site and measuring audience, with your consent where required
- Displaying customer reviews via Loox
Recipients
Shopify (store hosting and checkout), carriers for delivery, Loox for reviews, and payment service providers. These providers only act for the purposes of the service.
Retention period
Order data is kept for the time necessary for the business relationship, then archived for legal durations (notably for accounting purposes). Prospecting data is kept for 3 years after the last contact, unless you object.
Your rights
